Terms of Service

These Terms apply to the FollowSpy mobile app for iOS. They do not apply to the FollowSpy website. If you use our website, see the website Terms of Service. The app and the website are sold separately and have separate subscriptions.

The FollowSpy app is provided by Follower Find LLC ("FollowSpy", "we", "us", "our").

By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the app. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for any purchases made.

By using the app you confirm that:

• You, or your parent or guardian, can legally enter into a binding contract.
• You will use the app for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You will not use the app to harass, stalk, threaten, or violate the privacy rights of any person.

We may restrict or end your access if we believe you are breaking these Terms.

2. What the App Does

FollowSpy lets you look up publicly available information about public Instagram accounts. With a subscription, you can:

• Search public Instagram accounts.
• See the accounts a public account recently followed.
• See the accounts that recently followed a public account, up to 1,000 recent entries per account.
• Track selected accounts, with data refreshed on a recurring schedule.
• See changes in followers and following over time.
• View stories from public accounts without logging into Instagram.

The number of accounts you can track depends on your plan. Plan details are shown in the app before you buy.

3. What the App Does Not Do

We want to be clear about our limits before you subscribe:

• No login required, and no login supported. You never log into Instagram through FollowSpy. We do not ask for, collect, or store your Instagram username, password, or access tokens. We never ask you to log into anyone else's account.
• Public accounts only. We cannot show data from private or protected Instagram accounts.
• No unfollow tracking. We do not tell you who unfollowed a given account.
• No posts or highlights. These are not part of the app today. If we add them, we will say so in the app at that time.
• No guarantee of completeness or accuracy. Instagram data changes constantly and comes from third parties. We do not guarantee that results are complete, current, or accurate.

If a feature is not listed in Section 2, do not assume the app provides it.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions in the app are sold as auto-renewing in-app purchases through the Apple App Store.

• Plans. Starter Weekly, Starter Quarterly, Pro Weekly, and Pro Quarterly. Each plan's features, billing period, and full price are shown in the app before you buy.
• Price. The price shown next to each plan is the full amount you will be charged for that billing period.
• Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase. We do not receive or store your payment details.
• Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the same price, unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Renewal charge. Your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Price changes. If we change the price of your plan, Apple will notify you and ask for your consent before the new price is charged.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Because the subscription is billed by Apple, you must cancel it through your Apple account:

iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → FollowSpy → Cancel Subscription.

You must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period to avoid the next charge. Cancelling stops future charges. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

We cannot cancel an App Store subscription for you. Contacting our support does not cancel your subscription.

6. Refunds

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. We cannot issue, approve, or decline a refund for an App Store purchase.

To request a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.

Our policy on refund requests:

1. We will not contest your refund request. Where Apple asks us for information about your request, we provide it without stating a preference, and Apple decides.
2. If you would rather keep access than receive a refund, contact us and we will offer extended access at no extra charge where we can.
3. If you write to us with a problem, we aim to reply within 12 hours.

Email us at support@followspy.ai before or after you file with Apple. We would rather fix the problem.

7. Your Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app to harass, stalk, threaten, impersonate, defame, or harm any person.
• Use the app in any way that breaks the law where you live.
• Use bots, scripts, or other automated tools against the app.
• Get around technical limits in the app, or reverse-engineer any part of it.
• Resell, redistribute, or share access to your subscription.

8. Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in the FollowSpy Mobile App Privacy Policy. By using the app you agree to that policy.

You agree not to submit personal data about other people unless you have a lawful basis to do so.

9. Third-Party Data Sources

To return results, we send the public username you search to third-party data providers. These providers retrieve publicly available Instagram information on our behalf. They receive only the username being looked up. They do not receive your account, email, or payment information.

Because we rely on these providers, results may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable at times. This is not a defect in the app.

10. No Affiliation with Instagram or Meta

FollowSpy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or Apple Inc. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

11. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data shown will be accurate or complete.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Follower Find LLC, its affiliates, officers, and owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of data, access, or reputation, arising from your use of the app.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us, or paid through the App Store for the app, in the six months before the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. Where that is the case, these limits apply only as far as the law allows, and nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

13. Termination

We may suspend or end your access at any time if you break these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time. Ending your access does not by itself cancel your App Store subscription — see Section 5.

14. Apple-Specific Terms

These terms apply because you obtained the app through the Apple App Store:

1. This agreement is with us, not Apple. These Terms are between you and Follower Find LLC only. Apple is not a party to them and is not responsible for the app or its content.
2. Licence scope. We grant you a non-transferable licence to use the app on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
3. Support. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app. Support requests go to support@followspy.ai.
4. Warranty. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are our responsibility.
5. Product claims. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
6. Intellectual property claims. If a third party claims that the app infringes their intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of that claim.
7. Legal compliance. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
8. Third-party beneficiary. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce them against you.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. If we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and post the new version on this page. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept it.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Wilmington, Delaware. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose law gives you the right to bring proceedings locally, nothing here removes that right.
